ban bug ?

hi,
i was playing one moment before ( 21:20 german time +/- 5 mins) flying with a heli from property to property to buy 'em.
i lost some health while jumping and i filled it at the soda machine at the train station in san fierro.
then this appeared on my screen when i just wanted to get in my heli:



after that i thought myself before i post an unban appeal i just try to reconnect without changing ip or something, just hit the connect button.
the game connected just as usual, i was automatically logged in, my cash was restored.
i asked admin vinpower if he kicked me and why but he did not know anything and wondered why i was still playing when i was telling that i'm kicked.

so i think it's some strange kind of some bug. the only possible answer for me is i was accidently banned, then unbanned, then admin that bannd/unbanned me left and the other admin (vinpower) did not know from that when i pm'ed him. all in 1 minute.
