Another Massacre Bug

Hello There!

I thought I'd give you a nice bug for the New year!

Anyways, I was looking through the posts to see if it was posted, but I didn't see it. Maybe I'm blind, we'll find out.

So.. when playing /massacre if you go behind someone and slit their throat, on your screen they will be lying on the ground dead, but their health does not go down. Well, because of this, you become completely desynced from each other. You can stab the person as much as you'd like, but their health will never go down and they will not be able to harm you.

And I know you have a template to follow so:

What where you doing? Playing massacre. I slit the other players' throats.
Were there other players which encountered the same problem? Yes. All players I slit the throats of became desynced with me.
Could you reproduce the bug? Yes, go to /massacre and slice someone's throat.
Was it only once, or did it happen all the time? This is the 3rd time this happen, that is why I took pictures.
Did you try to reconnect first? Yes, as I said, not the first time. That's why I reconnected.

This  bug is a problem with the SA:MP sync, I think.

I'm pretty sure you're correct, Darkfire, but none-the-less it's very annoying.

I enjoy the massacre game, but after your dynced, the game changes from stabbing each other to wait till one of the people gets bored and leaves.

Don't slit each others throats.

Thanks for the report, it is indeed an issue with SA:MP. The only thing we can do to stop it is to change the massacre minigame to use a different weapon, otherwise, hope that the knife sync is improved in 0.3.

Sorry for bumping this old topic,

But how about changing the weapon in the massacre to the samurai sword, you can't slit peoples throat with it and it is still a knife.

That's a good idea, but uh...I recall reading somewhere that the sword and decapitate a player and the player will remain alive. Or has this been fixed?

The sync for the katana is almost as bad as the knife. Maybe it could be changed to what it originally was, chainsaws.

Yea maybe chainsaws will be more better then knifes.More easy
