No, /rules is what everybody in the community has read or should have. Being because you've built this relationship with admins, that they should just let u say what u want. now what if another player "not a regular like you" wanted to flame/spam because of what they seen u do, forget the rules. I've seen players /rules players who didn't know the commands or who did not know what to do in LVP. You know the rules, doesn't matter why? u understood them, just cause your buds get kicked/ban u feel the need to get mad. I've seen where players have this "don't kiss an admins ass" rule they so call go by and it doesn't work. from time to time people flame the admins get kicked or get a warning or sometimes admins/mods don't kick them but try to give them the hint it's not cool, but instead off in your own little world, you still continue. Now what is it you expect from the them, i know players like you and want to be cruel and cool. For one thing i don't act like that, just cause of your relationship with admins/mods doesn't give u the right to complain about anything cause u want, if u feel the need there are mario games on sell for you and you comeback when you cool off. You setting a bad example when you go against admins/mods like you do and you know its wrong but for some reason "i dont know" u just can't let it go.
Well said.
IMO, I also think that the rules that have been created should not be broken.
Rules are the cornerstone of order and function and every society needs them.
They were created for a reason, and as Peter said, "The bottom line is: Playing on Las
Venturas Playground is a privilege, not a right" and you need to realize that if your really that careless about yourself and would like to act childish/immature then a ban suits you just fine.
I've seen a couple clan members that flame, insult, and disrespect anyone they encounter.

i.e. Random: hai rusty Rusty: shut up noob

And as KingJd said, "I've seen where players have this "don't kiss an admins ass" rule.
Thats ridiculous, what's wrong with being nice to everyone? FFS we are all humans.
All this bs and drama needs to stop.

Uhm no one appreciates an ass kisser, some times not even the receiver of the ass kissing. It's a fact that some moderators (not gonna name names, you know who you are) have done nothing special, played very little time, and is always complimenting or going <admin's name> FTW! <3. You were an ass kisser too, so no wonder why you'd defend it.

I have 2 things to add to that.
1) Those mods shouldn't mute/kick people for "minimodding." They did it for tens or hundreds of hours, get the position and shouldn't punish it.
2) Knowledge of the actual game (sa-mp) should be a requirement to becoming mod, not just "good" behavior. Find a decent player/fighter (fighters tend to know a great deal more about the game than rp'ers) and a half hour tutorial + some practice is all that's necessary.

Knowledge of the game is definitely appropriate. But just because someone is a role player or a 'fighter' does not determine their crew based opinion. Your fighting a loosing battle with the information you are giving Maddolis.
However, the tutorial idea you have shown actually sounds really good to me.

I'd like you to respond to my post, properly and well thought-out. The rest of your replies in this thread have been worthless and contain purely things you have said in the past and have been answered already. I'm expecting more from you, still.

You've misunderstood me. I don't give a damn if a certain crewmember has a roleplay background, fighter background or both- but when all they are useful for is yelling "caps" "language" and banning the most obvious of cheaters (minigunners, flying cars), I feel they should learn a few things about the actual game they're playing.

Until you drop the attitude I won't even bother reading your post, let alone responding to it.

Being perfectly honest, I couldn't give a duck about you and your mates in SA-MP. Seriously, think about what you could be doing instead of trying to argue with the crew who don't care what you think of them.
I've respected you for ages Maddolis. But a good person knows when to step down.

No, you are wrong HaZe, I was never an ass-kisser, I just feel everyone should be treated the same way unless given a reason to treat them any different, please do not make assumptions about me just because I tell every admin/mod I see hello mostly because I know them, nothing wrong with that.

I completely agree, that is definitely defined as ass-kissing, but I will never take it to this extent, just a simple "Hello" or "Goodbye." I was raised to be polite, but seeing as most "SA:MPers" are either young, immature, or haven't figured out the concept of life and responsibility, I can see why we have all these problems and so many players against the rules.

saying hello to admins specifically over other players is defined as ass-kissing as well.

You have a very good point.
But, I do not say hello to admins specifically over players, trying to get their attention and be noticed. I say "hello <admin's name>", if there is no response, oh well.
Like I said...

Same case with the players.
Tell me, would you say hello to someone you didn't know?
