I saw in the LVP 2.90 additions list there was mention about packages all over the city and a surprise for finding them all.

How about a second set of packages based on the properties?  Obviously you can't own all 190 properties at once (don't think anyone can find all 190 in 10 minutes to avoid anyone from buying the properties while you are searching) but how about having a package pickup next to each property?  Find all 190 and get a bonus.

Your ideas are just getting better and better, I love it! Maybe instead of creating a pickup next to each property though, just, when a player first comes across property, a message could display, You have found x out of x properties?

We would also need some ideas for that bonus too, what could a player win when they find all properties?

hmm...I actually like the idea of requiring the user to have purchased all the properties at one point.  That makes it a bit more difficult as you have to have the funds necessary to achieve this, which requires a lot of playing time and not just some guide like the single player shells.

Ideas for bonus:
(I would say give the super weapons, but then it would be hard to distinguish between legit people and cheaters)
(I would also say give the user the ability to create their own property thus increasing the number of properties from 190 to 191, 192, etc., but that could end up being a mad-house if 1,000 people find success)
1) added pluspoints
2) increased bank space by certain percent over maximum
3) ability to spawn any vehicle at any time (put all vehicles in a /cars command similar to /properties so people can find which ID car to spawn)
4) assuming you don't approve of the batcave jetpack idea from my previous thread, give the user the ability to spawn a jetpack at anytime (which would disappear after being dropped to prevent people who haven't found all the properties yet from using it)
5) increased aggregation of money on the boat (from $100 to maybe $100,000?)
6) ability to retain properties after you quit (assuming nobody buys them from the time you logoff until you login again)
7) ability to select five (or more) special benefits from property ownership which remain constant with the user's profile without owning the properties
8) no entrance fee to side games
9) second armor slot
10) double ammo clip size

I'm actually liking Twilight's idea. An extension from 10 minutes of safe time to 20 or 30 minutes.
