complain about idk who deleted it

Earlier today I made a complain post.
My complain was about all the people bitching TEF,and now it got deleted..

What's the matter ? did my words hurt your feelings ?  <= to the one who deleted my post !

I said btw ; It's a bitch that TEF got demoted for doing his job.. ofc people will moan/complain about you...
but the only complains I saw here were from zezima( altho I know zezima for a long time now,I have red his complaints about TEF)
and Imo zezima was wrong, if an admin is making an announcement you shouldn't do a showmessage that says ' bite me ' or ' I won't learn the rules'

that's just wrong...

Although I didn't remove it, here's my reply:

It wasn't just that, it's a lot more then what happened here, as TEF here was right. At the moment of him posting here, we were discussing TEF within the management. I know it looked like this complaint made us demote him, but that is not true.

There's been a lot of things, but I will not go into details here. Both TEF and the management know, which is enough.
I can tell you that the subjects were both flaming and abuse, all you're getting.
