Quick Help Needed

I am trying to install the GTAIV HUD Mod for SA.

To install it says: Copy all content from "COPY" folder into SA root dir

Where exactly is that, can someone tell me where I put the "COPY" file for the mod to work appropriately?

afaik the root directory is the folder you installed GTA in (most likely C:program files\rockstar games\GTA san andreas)
