chevy, i realy know your opinion. i just wanna hear some other.
you get the respect which u deserve. and imho the ban isnt fair, so you dont get very much of it. understand?

the problem is (like i said many times) that some other guys get an other punishment for doing the same shit. i realy believe in fairness and thats why i cant accept the ban.

i respect you as person, not as the admin who banned me. so please dont be emo 

imho lvp is the best server on samp, or maybe was the best server. many admins (not only you) give a fuck about fairness. like i said (and i dont believe you): ban for ship nading noobs, jail for regulars. mute for random flaming guys, nothin for some guys with friends in management. and dont forget the admin abuser who kill you with rocket launcher for fun oder some temp mods, which use health refill (hacks) allowed by admins.

i think you know who i am. all admins can easily check it. no need to say it here, cause its my "undercover" nick. i'm realy sick all about this shit 

btw. u wont see me evading the ban, i cant do you that favour

and talking about pwer abuses not only me but other many admins! well the Rocketlauncher also gaven to players by admins sometims Only when there is a 10 players on the server Just To add some Action !!! not by abuse! and you mentioned that Temp mods refills thats kinda i cant say more than it not a true because we as Moderators we DO NOT have a command to refill health ! admins only can refill health !! and the Admins not refilling their health in a fights as nubish! i cant believe this story! . they do refill maybe after the fight done and gettin ready for the next fighter sometimes they do refill theirselves and the one you're going to fight! .

Hope you stop reporting crew members in ban appeals! is that Understood! !?

jay kicked me, cause i was kiddin him. i just hit him sometimes and he warned me... i was drunken and kiddin him again, so he kicked me. no big deal.
the ban for "racist homophobia" was, cause i said something like "i'm a black gay man" ... nothin more. so the kick wasnt correct and i complained after rejoining. i rly know, u are just normal humans and not perfect.
the ban of you wasnt realy good. its just not fair. but i said it many times...

mhmm seems u rly dont know about that. okay, i say names. makaveli killed me with rocketlauncher, xenon killed me with rocket launcher and some more admins. and dude, there was more than 50 people on the server. not 10...
aaaand candygirl uses auto-refill hax for armor. some other regular saw it too. i reported her but it seems like the admins already knew it, cause she was given a rocketlauncher and stuff.

lvp isnt a seriously official samp server anymore. to much flaming, no more fairness, admin abuses and so on.
think what u want, i dont care. but watch the user counts on lvp. some months ago there were more than 100 guys on the server... and now atm. there are 35 players. seems like other people think like me.

I have to agree with you... we have been bending the rules!  I've watched you ship fight and shoot the ship on a couple occasions and didn't jail you.  I've given you weapons including a rocket launcher and countless other weapons goofing off.  I do agree that we (admins) need to become more serious and stop fooling around with you regulars trying to have a little extra fun with yall, because then when you get banned you throw our names around like we're targeting you and shooting you with rockets for no good reason. 

Shame this is coming from you, especially after I thought you were mature enough for me to act more like an in game buddy rather than an in game authority figure.  Guess this is the lesson I needed to just be a serious admin and not fool around with anyone.
