1st i didnt ban evaded my ip changes every day so i thought im unbanned
2nd i dont have handling cheats but i got a lot of costum cars thats the reason why few cars may drive different than the original ones
thats the only explanation for the handling

The handling one wasn't really related to mods, I think. If I remember correctly, anyway, we'll wait for Peter.

That custom car modified the handling-configuration file from GTA San Andreas, which causes it to drive differently. You were able to drive quicker and more accurate than all other players, giving you an unfair advantage over everyone else. Ironically this matches the definition of cheating: also why modifications of this configuration file are not allowed by both SA-MP as LVP rules.

Few more excuses:  i didnt knew that the car gonna drive faster couse changing numbers in weapons file
doesnt affect multiplayer so i thought that handling dont change anything too. And i replaced handling file with the original one so now its all normal.sO?

This time you'll be unbanned, however, remember that changing your handling.cfg file is not allowed for multiplayer, it'll get you banned on more servers.
