How come my post count has stayed on 400 for 3 days if I make like 2-3 posts per day?

Reasons for this could be:
1) Posting in the Offtopic Bullshizzle part
2) Replies being deleted in similar speed to you replying
3) You are wrong about the postcount from the beginning
