I was banned origionally for nading ship, i accept that, it was against rules and i am banned for 3days...
Today i went in as _SAFC_ i was banned for ban evaiding and an extra day added.
I spoke to a crew member who told me i could easily be stopped...I explained its not possible to stop someone ban evaiding, i could change my IP and be back in with a different name. I was saying how it was possible.. but not once did i threaten to do it. I said i COULD not i WILL...
I was simply explaining the system isnt as effective as the crew member thought... I said i could prove it if i wanted to. And if i did want to i would have done it again already..
Obviously not liking me in the first place he judged me with a negative eye, and looked for an excuse to ban me further which i think is pretty petty.
Anyone with any common sense would know explaining how ban evaiding is possible is a whole lot different to actually threatening to do it.
And yes i did ban evaid once, which i got an extra ban day for...Thats not what im appealing about though.

Then tell me, why do you feel the need to point out that you can banevade whenever you like? By saying that you're pretty much daring the crew. If they can't keep you banned in the first place, then why bother to do so? Permanent bans have been given out in the past because of this behaviour: it's unnessesary and not appericiated in the least. So why don't we start off with you explaining this.

I started to explain this because the crew member told me that if i do it again i will be banned for longer...So i explained that its possible to come in with different IP and different name and nobody know about it...
Not once did i threaten or provoke the crew member, i was simply explaining that he was in the wrong...And him being part of the crew, and a new member of it, i felt he should know about it.. Its an extra thing he's learnt since joining the crew. I've actually done him a favour.

They probably are now...But at the time they were not..But the point of the ban was threatening, which i was not doing. So im asking to have those extra days removed, and honour the rest of my ban, (3 for ship nading + 1 for evaiding). Then nothing more needs to be said about this.

I'm the crew member you're talking about actually, and yes I added an extra 5 days for your behavior, and plus you already evaded and that wont stop you from evading again and again. When we ban, we mean we Dont want that person (Player) to play on our server perm OR Temp until he gets confirmed that he is unbanned. And then you came to complain “why I got banned I used a diff IP and Diff name.
Other than that, you have been telling me stories ..
8 days as Total . evade more 1 time and get more Extra Days .

Its strange how you've chosen the right parts to post to make me look bad..Post the whole log for all to see and you'll see i wasnt saying i WILL evaid. I was saying i COULD evaid...I honour my 3days for ship and extra 1 for evaiding. But the 5days for a threat i did not make is what i dont accept.
A threat is... If i was to challenge you to try and stop me evaiding and saying i WILL do it.
What i did was say i COULD do it...That is not a threat, its just me putting you right after you said it cant be done... Theres plenty of ways to do it, i wont say how because i dont want to give others the info on how to do it.
And as for me saying you have bad judgement as a mod, yes you do if you call what i was saying a threat.
Can someone from management take a look at this please, and judge for yourself if me correcting a crew member by telling him that ban evaision is possible, deserves an extra 5days for a threat...Where was the threat in that?

I would but chevy has them. He copied a msall section and posted it here, its the part that makes me look like i could be on the verge of making this so called threat. After he mentioned the extra 5 days for the threat i told him i will appeal because i wasn't threatening just simply correcting him. Thats when i made the comment about his judgement and intellect.
He jumped to the wrong conclusion and took a negative view because he dislikes me...The reasons for that i wont say, because im not totally sure myself, but the main thing is that i have an extra 5 days ban for a threat i didnt even make.

I wasn't there myself and without the logs, there's nothing I can do. If chevy can send me those, if you have them. Or try and get it by someone else, and PM me with it(if you have anything more to say, PM, this is not the place really).
