1. i was playing around with 2 shot but i DIDN'T shoot anyone. the street was empty
2.i have Maddolis and BackstresBoy as witnesses
3.everyday i see a 2 shotter, i report him 200 times, NOTHING happens. and now when i didn't do anything you ban me...
i'll wait 3 days that's not a problem. but it's unfair

Avoiding using the bug altogether is a better policy than just not shooting others with it. It keeps things like this from happening.
