that you just can buy in world 0 buy props. others it not possible to defend it
you cant def in 100 world you prop

This is not possible in the current version of SA:MP, because pickups are in the same location in every virtual world.

Well the pickups might show in every world but it dosn't mean to say you have to buy properites in every world, a workaround could be done. But anyway, Doing a system like this will spread things out and make it harder to find & manage properties.
