Look if you quickly change weapon and shoot you can shoot on indoors I discovered that when i was in a friends house (The bad thing is that they banned my friend even though he didn´t kill anybody, he was trying the weapons)

Not an LVP Bug, and to be honest not really a SA:MP "bug". Its not important to be honest because indoor weapons can be manually scripted.

u scroll the weapons all the time and keep pressing CTRL then u can shoot, But you can't aim

SA-MP bug and don't make use of it because you get indeed banned for it.
