Seems the game (i also have it but barely play it) is VERRYY interactive.

LoL i failed the mission like 3 mins after posting that cuz i accidently hit a wrong button and i fell off..
I just shot him to 1 life then he would'nt go back up, so i had to kill him.

[Spoiler for last mission]You end up going to Jimmy P's Warehouse where you battle your way through his goons, once you make it inside the Warehouse you must chase Jimmy P, it comes to a point where he jumps on a boat and you have no choice but to ride the Motorcycle, you will chase him down the shorelines and come to a ramp where you will need to drive the bike off the ramp and grab onto the helicopter that Roman and Little Jacob are in, once you get in the helicopter you need to shoot the rockets it has on it and hit the boat Jimmy is in, now when I did this I paused while in the helicopter, when I un paused I hit the boat with a rocket while the boat hit me with a rocket. You both land get out and chase Jimmy for a bit, Kill him... Credits roll GAME OVER!!! [/Spoiler]

A lot of people chose to let Kate die at the end just because they didn't want to see Roman die. I think this is extremely weak, because then the storyline doesn't have as much weight or effect on the player.
