I think I broke /login - brianmunich - 04-14-2008
Hi, I'm new.
Registered last night and when I first connected to the server it auto- logged me in. Great! Anyway the next time I connected (and every time I have connected) /login password doesn't seem to work - it won't recognise my password.
My username is Brianmunich. I tried registering a different username but that one doesn't work either. Any suggestions?
Edit: I also noticed I can't link it with my forum account - it says not recognised.

Only things I can think of:
1. Your name is CASE SENSITIVE! Bob isnt the same as bob. Use the same name you registered with
2. I get this sometimes, but /q and connecting again usually fixes it
3. If you only registered yesterday, you can't have made much money (unless you h4x0red) In which case, that account is worthless. Try registering again (from www.sa-mp.nl then click register)
4. Try waiting about 2/3 minutes in the "party" room before /login'ing

Thanks but I've tried all those things - no luck. Tried messaging admins in the game but I don't think anyone was online last night or tonight while I've been in there.

Yes I registered three or four times with different names and passwords - none of them work!
All I'm doing is connecting, selecting a skin, then in that lobby typing /login password (with my own password) and each time I get three lines of red text warning me that if I get it wrong three times I'll be kicked.
Eventually I get kicked.

This seems like a bug. Unless you're typing the wrong password (which is highly inprobable) then I can't help you,

Ooh - just remembered something!
Last night I had problems with a controller: Driving force pro was still plugged in, got stuck turning left, ended up somewhere I couldn't get out of. I tried looking at /help to see if there was a command to get me out and ended up typing:
/removechar
That didn't work so I exited the game and reconnected. After that I don't think login has worked for me, *but* like I said I have tried registering other accounts and they don't work either.

this means you login with:
/login brianmunich hereyourpassword
