You pick a character skin to play with. The technical term on them though is "model" - because they are just models of players.

I think you mean the font. It called Diplomacy if I am not mistaken.
I am going to move the topic to the general chat area, it does not belong here.
Perhaps you should consider posting in the Dutch section next time, that way you can make more clear what you mean.

Let's break down the logo:
Grand Theft Auto = Pricedown
San Andreas = Diploma (as tHC said)

Add fonts in the Control Panel by going to the font folder and pasting the font files that you downloaded there.

Or just copy them to the [tt]C:\windows\fonts\[/tt] folder.

Or if you're a Mac user, double click them and have it check for corruptions for you
