Challenge no longer gives you your spawn weapons when starting on the ship.
Disabled personal message spam due to bugs.
You can no longer start races in interiors
/p id jail now works for admins.
/p id colour now shows the correct name.
You can no longer teleport to paused players.
You can no longer taxi/tp out of the VIP room.
Commented out an unused ZR-350, one extra vehicle slot!

Improved the race countdown so it now properly displays

Fixed bugs with Automatic logins not allowing players to choose a skin.
Fixed bugs with /world commands not properly working & made a new function: SetPlayerVirtualWorldEx.

Bump. LVP used to have a changelog based of the svn comit messages at www.sa-mp.nl/changelog.php - Is there anyway something like this can be re-added?
