Suspected Reason: Ban evading

During mid play my game crashed (the game crashed itself not disconnection), so i logged back into the server to find i've been banned for "Ban evading"
EDIT: if i did do anything to merit a ban please tell me, im not sure what policy i broke here but i promise it was not intentional whatever i did and i apologize.
