Hello.
I have muted [IBG]_LoVe_ like 50 times already today for never speaking English in the mainchat.
I decided to ban him/her temporary so he would learn to follow the rules.
Tell your friend to speak English in the mainchat, and not to use CAPS.
You can talk other languages in ./PM, ./Call, !Gangchat, or other /worlds.
Unbanned, have fun on LVP.
Also: Next time, use the complete format of the ban appeal.
