@ P_U_F_I: The most change is that there is a map editor, you can place objects yourself, shoot inside buidlings. And for admins.. The can spawn every car they want!

??????? Loads of changes!!! Most weapons if not all are now sync'd!! Name tags can be turned on and off in game individually for each player, instagib(1 shot kill), weapons can be set to drop when killed, Armour is setable via scripting, weather is scriptable, gravity is scriptable, stunt bonus's are now on, Trains and trams now work, tank guns are now sync'd, you can create explosions via scripting, and loads more. Its improved greatly and runs really well. You'll love it trust me!
One of the best improvements probably is the weapon sync! Imagine standing on top of one of the casino's and zoooming in on someone with a sniper on the strip and killing them or even popping their tyre's which is now sync'd also! Creation of dynamic objects in game is also a great improvement meaning that in LVP 3.0 gangs will be able to place objects in their bases! LVP will look a bit different too! The ship surrounded in workplace scaffolding meaning no one can crash planes etc into the ship!
All those annoying bugs you may experience are generally fixed aswell.
