Gang/Clan system - Turkey - 03-08-2008
Well as there are people who change their clan/clantag, I suggest a clan/gang system like on GTA:T.
You have to create a gang on the web then people can request a join and you either accept or deny it. If you accept the guy, he has to take the clan tag on when joining the server.
If he then quits the clan, he just needs to join the server with out the tag. Should be handy imo

There you can see that you can register both as player and as gang.
I think it'll be just like you said, or like it.
