As far as I'm concerned, you're allowed to start developing. Just consult the lead developers in #LVP.Dev incase you got a question, or post stuff here obviously. If you don't have an SVN account yet, pm a password to either me or Badeend. Don't forget to properly discuss any feature you're going to implement!
