Ask an admin. They're the yellow dudes, you can find them with /admins.
You'll need 6-10 hours for the first one, which shouldn't be a problem

) but on regulars i have only 4 hours,but on lvp 150 hours

Yes, your stats on the regular server are seperate from those on the normal server.
This is to prevent prop-stacking, aka using the regular server to whore out property earnings.
