i do pay Gta Host 50 bucks then They'll let you make a server or use to program thats like Sa-mp but it only has one server i can make a private server for you

Well the cost isn't set in stone.
It depends on the max number of players, the actual server etc.
If you want a really simpale (
) server, just host it from your house.
