F***! This is the one of regional IP(with very big subnet). Can I ever play on your server? May be I must kill this f*****g cheater?
Can you resolve this problem? (ban by nickname or something else...) Sorry for my emotions.

Your IP is from your internet connection so only you could have accessed it. So even if it wasnt you, it was your fault for it happening. So denied.
