I always spot cheater when no admins are on..
yesterday there was this dude standing on top of the Visage building near ship with a rocketlauncher,

1st. We need to see it ourselves indeed before we can ban someone for something like that. For all we know the name is photoshopped on it (just an example not saying this is the case).
2nd. Good job of helping the guy, posting an screenshot on the forums isn't exactly helping us at all.
If you really, really, really think its necessary to make a screenshot atleast consider to give it to an admin personally before you exploit it big time on the forums.

I don't see why people cry over a hacker, simply run from him or stay on ship where if he kills you, he will go to jail. such a useless topic..
