When I wanna connect the Las Venturas Playground server.
Then he is connecting the whole time and it don't move on
connecting ....85.17.200.150:7777
and that's it

Can you try:
Start > Run > CMD <Press enter or OK>
And now type:
ping 85.17.200.150<Press enter>
Does it give a reply?
And can you also try:
tracert 85.17.200.150<Press enter>
And post the results if you want.
