I would never think of using world gravity to find them.
I found many places here too, with Xen0n's help. Yeah including Liberty City.

Uhm, no, this isn't super, there is one that's somewhere in sf or something, it's a market, there's one in LS, too! I can go just walk right in the place.

Oh.. I dunno, Dylan and I found a different way. We saw a door with nothing around it(the yellow thing to enter). We changed gravity to reach it and Dylan got in
I won't tell how we got to the place where we saw the door though

Actually, i think it's just all the parts from 24/7's combined and used as storage.
