We have only one player in our logs from that IP. But even if there were 10 players logged from the same IP, it doesn't keep us from banning anyone. They're all the same person to us.

You can't download mods to GTA and play it at the same time. I dont understand your story, your telling us you pauzed the game to download the mod?, stupid idea. Infact downloading mods and playing SA-MP is a stupid idea in itself. Im quite interestede to hear your side to the story.

The thing is, you said yourself that YOU were the one playing when YOU got banned. So please dont make up stories like 'my brother did it'. Even IF it was someone else, your internet connection is is your responsibility, you have the right to deny anyone from using it. So if someone played and got banned on your internet connection then it is your fault for letting them play on it.
