sometimes i have that , i just get money without buying something... well i dont have problems with it but i think it isnt right =P

See it as a feature, not as a bug
It could happen that while you are playing, you got a time-out.
If you are lucky, you can get back on the server with the same player ID. So you still own your properties.
But it your case, the person with the same ID before you entered was unlucky

Maybe you can add a check on the playername for that timeout 'feature'.
