It would be better if the spawnweapons are permanent IMO, because when im out of money i actully leave the server.
but yeh think of it, i THINK it will attract players i think.

No way, you have 400 mil max to spent, ,max, if you cant find your "way" to spent money properly, you need to find the solution at yourself, not at the server.
400 mil is more then enough to buy nice spawnweapons each time, and buy properties for money, and kill people for money,
