I would like to see if i could get some answers here, i talked to Xenon and Dab on teamspeak and tried to see if they could give me some answers but they didnt know whats going on, i was banned by TEF because he thought i was ban Evading, But i wasnt even banned in the first place. At the time i thought FRY banned me so i was kind of upset, so i came on the forum and posted to get un-banned then someone said i was Perm banned, I came to find out that TEF banned me because he thought that the thread i made that Nakebod locked was a ban (when really i was just joking around)
Now i was banned on January 26th for ban evading, i didnt even say anything and got banned right off the bat.
so im just trying to Clear up any Confusion. I joined the server Jan 26th, got banned for ban evading (i wasnt banned), then told im perm banned for insults. Went into IRC, had a covo with Mike and that was it. I asked him why i was banned for ban Evading and he said that he did not know, he would get back to me.
i would like to Keep this topic clean and Friendly..
PS: its Night time here in the USA so im going to bed ill check back sometime tomorrow

As the persons you already talked to, I don't know the exact about this ban.
What I do want to say is, you ask to keep this friendly. Sure, no problem for me, but! You haven't been very nice to our crew, that's probably the reason for the perm-ban you heard. I don't know if that is true but I'm sure we can tell you more soon, it's being discussed within the crew.
Say you get unbanned, be nicer to the crew, even though you're joking. Not everyone may take it that way.
Pleas be patient until we get back to you.

Im still confused, to a point
About the making friends part, i dont agree i always liked Dab and i always mess around with Xenon, and after talking to xenon in teamspeak, he's actually a really cool guy.
Like i said i joined the server got banned for ban evading, then the next thing i know im being Told that i might get perm banned for insults, i dont see how the 2 things go together.
Im sure you'll look at some of the names ive had or some of the things i have said, when really most of the time it's just joking around. sometimes i wish this game actually had in game mics, so it would come across differntly.
And ive got to say something about the bug Abuse, Mike have you looked at player Darkfire's bans? That dude has been banned 10X more than me for Bug-abuse with his guns. And 1 of the time i was banned for bug-abuse i got un-banned by Nakebod because he didnt think it was bug abuse. So im not this total asshole really, i may come aross like it in game but all in all im not...
Anyways ive got to get going ill check back later on.

Ok, final decision after looking into some stuff.
- He is never banned for cheating. Not perm ban worthy.
- He likes to insult, banned 2 times for this. Not perm ban worthy.
- He is banned 2 times in the far past for bug abuse. Not perm ban worthy.
- He is kicked for multiple smaller things the last few months. Not perm ban worthy.
And all of this has as result, that he will be unbanned.
But dear Mr Snowman, I warn you: Continue insulting and every admin is allowed to ban you directly.
And Mr Snowman, don't compare yourself with other players. We are talking about you, not about someone else.
