hi. I see people that with some messages with * they ask someone that drives or they looks for clients.
how can I do to send that messages? and to make to pay me to the trip?
and if even you know whether to find a person on the map knowing id and name (no teleporter)

You can manually "advertise" your services by typing "/me is offering taxi rides for $100 dollars, please PM me for details". There is a /taxi command already so i'm not sure how that will work out, but it's worth a shot.

enough that I write /me and can I pick up people that want to be brought around? or is it alone to complain the money?

The money transaction would be between you and the person you're offering the services to. Just get the money before you drive them!

STEP 1: Use /me ''text here'' like: /me is doing taxi job, /pm me for more information (ID (your ID)
STEP 2: Use /lock before they hop in the car, and ask for the cash for the fare
STEP 3: When you accept it, type /unlock and they can enter the car
STEP 4: Take 'em to the spot and leave 'em, and then do another /me <message>
STEP 5: After your job, you'll be a happy man.
PS: Watch out for the people who wants to ruin your fun by shooting your car.. but thats why there's the Pay 'n' spray for

Orrr, you can do it the simple way, this way:
STEP 1: Use /me ''text here'' like: /me is going to kill everyone, bastards!;
STEP 2: Go to the nearest Ammunation (type /taxi to get there fast!);
STEP 3: Withdraw 1,5 mil;
STEP 4: Buy all the weapons you can; spend all the money you have;
STEP 5: Exit Ammunation;
STEP 6: Kill everyone in sight.
STEP 7: After your job, you'll be a happy man.
