You're probably trying to ask how to make videos within SA? If so, use Fraps.

Ok, tested that gamecam thingie today.
Unfortunately my pc isn't running smooth today, lot of FPS drops, so it wasn't a very good test.

2.54 min footage in fraps: 725 MB @ 696x524 @ 25 FPS (Even if my game FPS drops to 10 FPS)
Ingame chat is almost readable.

4:08 min footage in gamecam: 38 MB @ 512x384 @ 10 FPS.
Ingame chat isn't readable.

But the unregistered version of gamecam isn't bad at all!
If i'm right, and look at the features of the gamecam, gamecam unregistered and gamecam lite versions (http://www.planetgamecam.com/?locid=compare), the registered versions are more advanced with settings, like wmv/avi, adjustable FPS and compression. And audio capture in the full version.

Never heard of gamecam before, but it seems nice :)

Currently uploading a demo video made with gamecam, but Google isn't ready yet :+
So I post a link later.
