Are you sure your stats are saved with the [W] tag?

well when i join the server it says "please enter your password" and i try and it doesnt work.. after 3 times it kicks

its weird
Check If u writed with caps the Password
Or speak with management to send the pass to the Email of the registration

have you tried
/login yourpass
otherwise you may have been typing the password wrong. its CaSe SeNsItIvE
if none of the above work have a member of the management reset the password for you.
