Well i been pracsing dutch for A few weeks and its not good

You'll find that knowing Dutch on LVP is useful.
However, since you speak better Dutch than English, you will find it more useful as a primary language.

I don't believe you. Period. I think you have no concept of how difficult it is to learn Dutch, even with assistant software.
