I use Teamspeak, but I also have skype.. SKYPE is more to VideoCam chats for me and TS for microphone chat.

i asked u guys for help not for telling me what is waste. well whenever i connect to teamspeak by filling stuff to add server it says.
connecting to 85.17.200.150:7777
No reply from server
Maybe the server is off line
or maybe team speak is not running on it.
what should i do

On the LVP TS, you need an admin to create it for you. They're the people with "SA" next to their names.

well im not gonna use Skype
