Suspected Reason: I killed two admins and he thought that I was cheating, I din't know speaking English very well and I couldn't say nothing but now one friend help me eheheh.

We can't find a ban in the log, so I guess you should be able to play. If you can't play you posted the wrong ip-address. 192.168.* is a network-ip, the other one, plus the one you posted with on the forum both don't work.
