it says i have been banned for using a money cheat, i was standing on the ship then all this writing came up saying you are banned for using a money cheat then it said the date time etc.
i have neaver used a cheat on this game, im a reguler player and have 175+ plus hours and £180 millon in my account, please can you unban me

no i left my pc for 40min approx and i was on ship when i got back i pressed bank quite a few times , to bank the money i got from being on the ship, all the conversations on left of screen shot passed very fast as if it had been lagging then my money went to - then it said banned etc
