I also know for a fact that you ARE banned. Not sure of the reason, though. Someone else may be able to assist you there, but please make sure you edit your first post accordingly after reading the link I've posted above.

why am i banned i wanted to check becouse the game said so

Even if it was your 'bro', your computer (IP) is your responsibility. So if someone is banned and is on your computer, then you will be banned too.
