Hi,
It looks like you were not banned for speedhacking but for moneycheating.
Your money increased suddenly from $0 to $999999999 . Isn't that strange? looks cheating to me.
If you cheat on our server you are banned for life.
Have fun with playing on other server, and I recommend not to cheat there.
