i cannot find LVP in the list, and when i find it it says players (0/0) ping 9999 and it also says the same for all other servers... i dont understand why it happens.. i can be in the internet and all but i cannot find the servers...

Just add LVP to your favorites and use that to connect.
1. Go to the Favorites tab
2. Click the little orange checkmark (tooltips will say "Add Server")
3. Paste the following into the resulting dialog:
