well hey i've just been banned for the 4th time for no reason but i'm still willing to make this server better.
Ok get one of your admins to swim to the bottom of the sea near the lorry's then get another admin to CTP to him you cna drive underwater with no breathing difficulties.
It's been fun but i keep seeing people doing it to get away and frankly thats nooby.
Check if the bug isn't already listed at this forum.

Give a clear description of the bug.
Drive under water
1.Get a mate to swim to the bottom
2. CTP to him
3. drive around
4. he dies then TP's to you and gets in the car using the G button.
What where you doing?
swimming about then someone tp'd to me.
Where there other players which encountered the same problem?

That's not an LVP bug really, seen it on many SA-MP servers.
And I'm sure that if you could teleport in Single Player, the bug would be there aswell.

we will see. the bug is only there because we can teleport, the only change needed? well basically wherever you tele to your still affected by surrounding i.e. tp to a helicopter your parahute is selected not your TECs.

This is really more of a feature than a bug.
If they use it to get away, you could always CTP or TP to them -- because they obviously must have atleast some coordination to be able to pull that off on a whim.

Old bug/feature, nearly everyone has seen it.. and if it gets deleted I'll blame you *yawns*
and you can also get down by /pause -> and then /continue underwater =P

Stop making these astupid bug reports, this isn't a sa-mp bug i really think they meant to do this. What about the old under water cruises? And the underwater hide n seek? And you call it 'nooby'? Really, your teh newb. : 0

It is nog a bug, it is a feature.
