i was just playin with BBs as usual then tomozj says kapiche and i correct his spelling by saying "Learn to spell!. its Capiche not Kapiche" 5 secs later i get a kick.and i was being friendly. its not like i was saying "wow tomozj learn to fuckin spell" or somethin... Reason : Retard. i find this admin abusing.
Later on i reconnect...

That doesnt actually prove anything. You could have been acting like a retard, so therefore your proof is invalid. I honestly do nt think tomozj would do something like that, as he is VERY mature.

ummm i joined LVP , n so on , i started something with Buhu , then tomozj got in , so i started arguin with tomozj , then he said ur just about to get kicked , so i told him , fight me 1 on 1, lets see who wins , then he kicked me >> Sean3 has been kicked: retard >> after that i come ingame again , n i told him , u kicked me cause i asked u to fight me 1 on 1 , then Buhu n tomozj said yes , then they talk about that there is no such thing as admin abuse , why is tomozj admin when he gives advantage more to BA then other players , second , Buhu shot my health down on the ship , n he didnt get jailed , then i shot Buhu when he was on top of rail of the ship , n i was outside , but i didnt kill them , after 5 seconds passed i get jailed , n Buhu didnt get jailed when he shot me b4 i shot him on ship , what the fuck is this?!??!?!?!?! even if admin abuse doesnt really excist , i dont want to get kicked for askin tomozj to fight me 1 on 1

hmm.. he did kick you for that then he said something along the lines of,
kick them for learning say aye or w.e i don't exactly remember but i don't think he intentionally did it

nope i wasnt acting like a retard. i just got in and didnt say much. just told my gang to invite me and then i sed that and i got kicked. didnt really get to use a bullet of my spawns

okay, i was away from the computer and when i came back tomozj and Sean3 where fighting, tomozj said theres no such
thing as abuse and i was kinda curious so i said, "What's going on?" and then they started arguing, and then it said

[BB]Sean3 left the server
then it said seconds later
ChAnStEr has been kicked : retard
ChAnStEr has left the server
i think that tomozj got fed up with them arguing with them and kicked them,
i do remember tomozj saying that he'd mute Sean3 so he'd actually listen to what
tomozj had to say.
In my opinion tomozj did the right thing, they were flooding the ; chat and it was
quite annoying!
We the jury, find the defendant (tomozj) not guilty!

Eh.
I don't get you people, seriously (BB).
Sean was breaking the rules. When jailed, he called me an admin abuser (lol), and afterwards laughed at my punishment. Then I kicked him to give him a real punishment as he didn't accept the jail.
Anyway Sean comes back hurling more crap at me, and when I tell him to listen, and tell him there's no such thing as admin abuse ChAnSteR gets involved and jumps in. I've seen this before, and it just gets worse, so I kicked you both to just get off my back over nothing.
I mean cmon, that's all you had to do was sit in jail for two minutes Sean and be quiet - obviously too hard for such a big man. As they say, don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
