It only shows, Current Interiors:0 when i use it...

It's a SA:MP command used by gamemode developers. Just as /save is.

It's a command built into SA-MP, like /quit /pm and so fourth - it's not possible to remove it, and it has no purpose unless you're in a developing environment.
Basically, you need not worry about it.
