After reading atuff from many people, like the IPA gang thing, ive decided to (if admin alows) make a topic in their called "offtopic bullflamelz" or "offtopic flame topic shizzle!". Or sumthing so people like terror, topman and others to flame. AND THEY DO NOT GET IN TROUBLE FOR FLAMING THE TOPIC UNLESS THEY USE RASCISIM. So It would clean up the spam in these usefull topics.
