[Suggestion] Bounty Timer & Minimum Limit - _J_A_K_E_ - 11-03-2007
Well i dont know about you all but i know i get annoyed by the people who will do a 1 dollar bounty on somone over and over again one after another, I think there should be a 30 second time limit (atleast) and a minimum limit of a bounty.
