Heya subodh,
Gender has no role in our decission to promote a player.
We're playing an online game and therefor gender has no meaning. People can be whatever they want online, knowing that you should ofcourse be careful
If we are in need, or think we might become in need in the future, of administrators and find suiting candidates we'll contact them. I can assure you we won't be asking for the gender first as it's simply irrelevant online.
And for the memers among us: There are no girls on the internet.
