when i was shooting him he wasnt getting any damage, when sonic shot him he took damage

This happens when your internet gets unstable to such an extent that your game faced a session time out and I can see that in your video. Also, I have frequently seen you timing out in your session many times so we are clear on this situation. spiriT is completely clean there. If you hear hitsounds and player doesn't take a single damage, then clearly it's hacking but as in the video you have provided, there are no hitsounds.
No further actions taken.
