Here we can see our boy Jibin using a cmd to avoid death.

Howdy,
What I see is, he called the taxi way before you got to him and then that taxi got him to the destination so I don't any evading in that as he didn't shoot you back because he knew if he had shot you back that taxi call would have been cancelled so this is not really an evading.
